 n at the National Senior Career Leaders Symposium are anchored in strate
 gy and leadership. To create an environment that fosters meaningful dial
 ogue, interaction, and collaboration, we will limit registration to the 
 most senior leader from each institution's career centre. For institutio
 ns with faculty-based career centres, the most senior leader from each c
 entre is also encouraged to participate.\n\n-- What to Expect - --\n\nTh
 e National Senior Career Leaders Symposium offers the opportunity for na
 tional engagement and professional development, while providing key op
 portunities for regional updates and discussions. Here's what you can ex
 pect from this event:\n\nNovember 27: Option to participate in informal
  meet-ups and site tours in the afternoon, as well as an evening dinner 
 and networking event to kickstart connections.\n\nNovember 28: A full da
 y of learning, discussion, and exploration focused on key topics includi
 ng:\n\n* Understanding and responding to the evolving needs of our stude
 nts (including equity-denied and under-served student demographics)\n\n*
  Innovative Programming and Operational Models\n\n* Partnerships, Pathwa
 ys and Revenue Generation\n\n* Data, Metrics, and Evaluation in Career S
 ervices\n\nNovember 29: A half-day of regionally focused updates and ho
 t-topic discussions before a closing luncheon. You can also extend your 
 day to include informal connections with regional career centres, emplo
 yer engagement, or to discover the region!\n\nFull program will be avail
 able shortly.\n\n-- Affordable Pricing - --\n\nThe host institutions and
  steering committee are committed to keeping this event as financially a
 ccessible as possible. The rate structure is as follows:\n\n* Super Save
 r: $199 (until November 8th)\n\n* Early Bird: $249 (November 9th – No
 vember 15th)\n\n* Standard: $299 (November 15th – November 22nd)\n\n*P
 ricing includes the full symposium program, taxes, and all refreshment b
 reaks, breakfast, and lunch on November 28th and 29th. \n\n-- Accommoda
 tions - --\n\nWe’ve secured an exclusive rate of $219.00 at the Delta 
 Waterloo. Click here to reserve your room (space is limited, so reserve
  early!).  Our room block has the flexibility to accommodate your trav
 el schedule (whether you are driving, taking the train or arriving by ai
 r to Toronto, Hamilton or Waterloo) and is valid November 27th through t
 o December 1st, 2024. Deadline to reserve your room at this rate is Nove
 mber 1st, 2024.\n\n-- Cancellations & Event Policies - --\n\nCACEE, the
  host institutions, and the steering committee understand that from time
  to time work and life commitments may emerge that will result in your i
 nability to attend the event. Should you need to make an adjustment to o
 r cancel your registration, please e-mail the CACEE National Office at 
 events@cacee.com We ask that you also please kindly note the following 
 policies:\n\n-- Cancellations --\n\nCancellation requests received:\n\n*
  Up to October 18th are eligible for a 100% refund minus a $25 administ
 ration fee.\n\n* October 19th - November 1st are eligible for a 50% refu
 nd.\n\n* No refunds will be issued after November 1st.\n\n-- Other Eve
 nt Policies  --\n\n* If payment is not received prior to the opening of
  registration on-site at the event venue, CACEE reserves the right to c
 ancel an attendee's/attendees' registration(s) without prejudice or liab
 ility.\n\n* CACEE reserves the right at any time to change the event ve
 nue, topics or speakers, and to cancel the event without prejudice or l
 iability, other than, except where a force majeure (which will have the 
 same meaning as in the applicable contracts with the third party supplie
 rs in connection with the event) event applies, a refund of the registra
 tion fees paid. If, because of a force majeure event(s), the CACEE Nati
 onal Board of Directors determines that the event needs to be cancelled,
  CACEE may deduct fees (determined by reference to the amounts which CA
 CEE is required to pay to third parties under contracts entered into in 
 connection with the event) to any and all refunds issued. Copies of the 
 contractual arrangements with third parties, including the force majeure
  provisions of those contracts, can be made available to members on requ
 est.\n\n* CACEE follows the guidance of local public health authorities
  and event venues in relation to health protocols and event policies.  
 This includes but is not limited to any public health orders or venue re
 quirements (e..g. masking, vaccination) in place prior to or that take e
 ffect during the event.\n
