 Cukier | New Talent Programs Manager\nMetrolinx\n\nJordan Cukier is a ta
 lent management professional specializing in campus recruitment and earl
 y talent program development. With experience delivering early talent pr
 ograms at Metrolinx, AMD, and CPA Ontario, he excels at mitigating organ
 izational talent risks through the design, implementation, and evaluatio
 n of effective early talent programs.  Jordan holds a master’s degree
  in higher education from the University of Toronto, specializing in edu
 cation in the professions, and is a member of CACEE’s Ontario Regional
  Advisory Board.\n\nTammy Kim-Newman | Associate Director - Employer & A
 lumni Engagement\nYork University\n\nTammy Kim-Newman is an experienced 
 advocate for early talent development and work-integrated learning (WIL)
 , with over 16 years in higher education. Currently serving as the Assoc
 iate Director of Employer and Alumni Engagement at York University, Tamm
 y leads strategic partnerships to expand career and co-op opportunities.
  Her expertise spans workforce development, inclusive recruitment, and e
 xperiential learning, fostering meaningful collaborations that empower s
 tudents and alumni to thrive in today’s evolving job market. \n\nTrac
 y Lutz | Manager - Campus & Early Talent Recruitment (Commercial Bankin
 g & Wealth Management)\nBMO\n\nWith over 15 years of experience in Talen
 t Acquisition, Tracy Lutz specializes in developing and executing strate
 gies to attract top talent for Commercial Banking and Wealth Management 
 at BMO. She brings expertise in early talent recruitment and is committe
 d to fostering diverse and dynamic teams. Tracy is a graduate of Huron U
 niversity College and Seneca College. Outside of work, she is an avid te
 nnis player, always eager for a match.\n\nJeff Watson | Manager - Campus
  Recruitment & Partnerships\nWSIB\n\nJeff Watson is the newly minted Man
 ager of Campus Recruitment & Partnerships. In this role, he connects WSI
 B with emerging and early talent. Prior to WSIB, Jeff served as the Mana
 ger, Employer Relations at Western University where he helped organizati
 ons succeed by connecting them to talent through a suite of recruiting s
 ervices and internship programs. Jeff has also served as a Manager for F
 amous Players Theatres and Blockbuster Video. In terms of education, Jef
 f  earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and a Diploma in Hosp
 itality and Tourism Management.  In 2019, Jeff graduated with a Masters
  of Leadership Degree from the University of Guelph. A fun fact about Je
 ff is that he launched his career in a co-op experience at Walt Disney W
 orld where he served as a Cultural Representative for Canada at the Epco
 t Centre. During that co-op, Jeff was enrolled at the Disney Institute, 
 studying guest service, marketing and leadership and he went on to gradu

 understands that from time to time work and life commitments may emerge 
 that will result in your inability to attend the event. Should you need

 kindly note the following policies:\n\n-- Transfer of Registration --\n\
 nCACEE is able to transfer your registration to another professional fro
 m your organization up until the time the registration opens on the day 
 of the event. \n\n-- Cancellations --\n\nCancellation requests received
 :\n\n* Up to November 15th are eligible for a 100% refund minus a $25 
 administration fee.\n\n* November 16th - 30th are eligible for a 50% ref
 und\n\n* No refunds will be issued after November 30th.\n\nIn lieu of 
 refunds, you are able to transfer your registration at no cost to anothe
 r professional from your organization up until the time registration op
 ens on the day of the event in accordance with CACEE's transfer policy a
 nd procedures.\n\n-- Other Event Policies  --\n\n* If payment is not re
 ceived prior to the opening of registration on-site at the event venue,
  CACEE reserves the right to cancel an attendee's/attendees' registratio
 n(s) without prejudice or liability.\n\n* CACEE reserves the right at an
 y time to change the event venue, topics or speakers, and to cancel the
  event without prejudice or liability, other than, except where a force
  majeure (which will have the same meaning as in the applicable contract
 s with the third party suppliers in connection with the event) event app
 lies, a refund of the registration fees paid. If, because of a force ma
 jeure event(s), the CACEE National Board of Directors determines that th
 e event needs to be cancelled, CACEE may deduct fees (determined by ref
 erence to the amounts which CACEE is required to pay to third parties un
 der contracts entered into in connection with the event) to any and all 
 refunds issued. Copies of the contractual arrangements with third partie
 s, including the force majeure provisions of those contracts, can be mad
 e available to members on request.\n\n* CACEE follows the guidance of l
 ocal public health authorities and event venues in relation to health pr
 otocols and event policies.  This includes but is not limited to any pu
 blic health orders or venue requirements (e..g. masking, vaccination) in
  place prior to or that take effect during the event.\n
