If, because of a force majeure event(s), the CACEE National Board of Directors determi nes that the event needs to be cancelled, CACEE may deduct fees (determ ined by reference to the amounts which CACEE is required to pay to third parties under contracts entered into in connection with the event) to a ny and all refunds issued.
