 s:\n\nTransfer of Registration\n\nCACEE is able to transfer your registr
 ation to another professional from your organization up until the time t
 he registration opens on the day of the event. \n\nCancellations\n\nCan
 cellation requests received:\n\n* Up to March 1st are eligible for a 100
 % refund minus a $10 administration fee.\n\n* March 2nd - April 1st are
  eligible for a 50% refund\n\n* No refunds will be issued after April 1s
 t.\n\nIn lieu of refunds, you are able to transfer your registration at 
 no cost to another professional from your organization up until the tim
 e registration opens on the day of the event in accordance with CACEE's 
 transfer policy and procedures.\n\nOther Event Policies \n\n* If paymen
 t is not received prior to the opening of registration on-site at the ev
 ent venue, CACEE reserves the right to cancel an attendee's/attendees' 
 registration(s) without prejudice or liability.\n\n* CACEE reserves the 
 right at any time to change the event venue, topics or speakers, and to
  cancel the event without prejudice or liability, other than, except wh
 ere a force majeure (which will have the same meaning as in the applicab
 le contracts with the third party suppliers in connection with the event
 ) event applies, a refund of the registration fees paid. If, because of
  a force majeure event(s), the CACEE National Board of Directors determi
 nes that the event needs to be cancelled, CACEE may deduct fees (determ
 ined by reference to the amounts which CACEE is required to pay to third
  parties under contracts entered into in connection with the event) to a
 ny and all refunds issued. Copies of the contractual arrangements with t
 hird parties, including the force majeure provisions of those contracts,
  can be made available to members on request.\n\n* CACEE follows the gu
 idance of local public health authorities and event venues in relation t
 o health protocols and event policies.  This includes but is not limite
 d to any public health orders or venue requirements (e..g. masking, vacc
 ination) in place prior to or that take effect during the event.\n
