 gn at the Schulich School of Business, Centre for Career Design. With ov
 er a decade of experience spanning various facets of career and workforc
 e development, Shaunna-Marie's passion lies in fostering equitable acces
 s and empowering outcomes for equity-seeking groups, including women, yo
 uth, immigrants, and displaced persons.\n\nFelicity Morgan\nDirector, Ca
 reer Centre\nUniversity of Toronto - Mississauga\n\nFelicity guides her 
 team to develop and facilitate innovative and collaborative programming 
 to help students build their tailored career management skills. Her work
  is centred on student needs via assessment, evaluation, best practices 
 and evidence-based research. She values intentional, thoughtful actions,
  with flexibility and risk included. The UTM Career Centre’s strategic
  plans are value driven, with accountable goals and directions to build

 nd Employers (CACEE).  The CoP offers participants a CoP  Forum to sta
 y connected throughout the year, a minimum of 2 virtual sessions per yea
 r and the opportunity to connect at the CACEE National Conference.  The
