 nds that from time to time work and life commitments may emerge that wil
 l result in your inability to attend the event. Should you need to make 
 an adjustment to or cancel your registration, please e-mail the CACEE Na
 tional Office at events@cacee.comÂ We ask that you also please kindly no
 te the following policies:\n\nTransfer of Registration\n\nYou are able t
 o transfer your registration to another professional from your organizat
 ion up until the time the registration opens on the day of the event at 
 no charge. Please note that in the case of registrations for CACEE Membe
 rs, these can only be transfered to other CACEE members.Â \n\nCancellati
 ons\n\nFor non-members Cancellation requests received:\n\n* Up to June 1
 6thÂ are eligible for a 100% refund minus a $20 administration fee.\n\n*
  No refunds will be issued after June 16th.\n\nIn lieu of refunds, you a
 re able to transfer your registration at no cost to another professional
 Â from your organization up until the time registration opens on the day
  of the event in accordance with CACEE's transfer policy and procedures.
 \n\nOther Event PoliciesÂ \n\n* If payment is not received prior to the 
 opening of registration on-site at the eventÂ venue, CACEE reserves the 
 right to cancel an attendee's/attendees' registration(s) without prejudi
 ce or liability.\n\n* CACEE reserves the right at any time to change the
  eventÂ venue, topics or speakers, and to cancel the eventÂ without prej
 udice or liability, other than, except where a force majeure (which will
  have the same meaning as in the applicable contracts with the third par
 ty suppliers in connection with the event) event applies, a refund of th
 e registrationÂ fees paid. If, because of a force majeure event(s), the 
 CACEE National Board of Directors determines that the event needs to be 
 cancelled, CACEE may deductÂ fees (determined by reference to the amount
 s which CACEE is required to pay to third parties under contracts entere
 d into in connection with the event) to any and all refunds issued. Copi
 es of the contractual arrangements with third parties, including the for
 ce majeure provisions of those contracts, can be made available to membe
 rs on request.\n\n* CACEE followsÂ the guidance of local public health a
 uthorities and event venues in relation to health protocols and event po
 licies.Â  This includes but is not limited to any public health orders o
 r venue requirements (e..g. masking, vaccination) in place prior to or t
 hat take effect during the event.\n
