2026 CACEE Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Have your voice heard, learn and connect with CACEE colleagues and help shape our future as an association!

You are invited to join us via Zoom on Wednesday, August 19th, 2026 from 12:00 - 1:30 pm Eastern to:

• Hear the latest association updates at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 
• Participate in discussions about the association and its plans for the coming year, meet and welcome the 2026-27 CACEE National Board of Directors
• Join the celebration of CACEE's 80th anniversary!
• Help us to recognize the contributions of members to the vitality and vibrancy of the association
• Rekindle connection with the CACEE community and colleagues from across the country

Your participation is not just welcomed, it is essential to conduct the business of the association.

Option 1 - Participate in the CACEE AGM via Zoom

Join the CACEE AGM from the comfort of your home or office. Hear highlights from the past year, celebrate the achievements and contributions of your peers during our special presentations, and take part in shaping the direction of the association.

No cost to attend. Register today using the link below! 

• As per the association's by-laws, participation in the Annual General Meeting is open to all voting members - Educator, Employer, Affiliate and Life Members in good standing - of CACEE.
• In order to register, you must be logged into your CACEE Member Account. 
• Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation with  logistical details and a link to join the session.  You will also receive a reminder and Full AGM Package the day before the event. 
• The AGM will take place via Zoom and begin promptly at 12:00 pm Eastern.

Option 2 - Can't Attend? Vote by Proxy!

If you are unable to attend the live session on June 24h, you can still have your vote counted by completing a Proxy Voting Form. This form ensures that your voice is heard and that there is quorum (sufficient representation of the membership) to carry out the business of the association. Complete it by clicking on the form in your language of choice below.
