  builder â€“ of people and businesses â€“ a believer in experiential lea
 rning, a proponent for mentorship, and an active advocate for women. As 
 founder and CEO of EnPoint, Chantal and her team help clients create and
  maintain effective mentorship programs using their easy-to-use, customi
 zable and fully automated platform. A sought-after speaker, she often ta
 lks about the importance of living an authentic life and on the impact o
 f mentorship in advancing one's career.\n\nShe chairs the Mentorship Com
 mittee for Women in Communications and Technology, Atlantic Chapter, is 
 past Chair for the Atlantic Regional Advisory Board for the Canadian Ass
 ociation of Career Educators and Employers, serves on the Halifax Chambe

 n Atlantic Canada after completing her studies at Saint Maryâ€™s Univers
 ity. Chantalâ€™s passion to help others find careers that they love, led

 to Metropolitan University (TMU)\n\nRobert ClappertonÂ is an Associate P
 rofessor in the School of Professional Communications at Toronto Metropo
 litan University. Robert earned his PhD in EnglishÂ Language and Literat
 ure with a Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Science at the University of Wa
 terloo. He specializes in computational linguistics, rhetoric, critical 
 discourse analysis with an emphasis on the critical study of artificial 
 intelligence and natural language understanding in several fields includ
 ing education, politics, commercial, and social enterprise. Robertâ€™s t
 eaching focuses on the digital enterprise and communication research met
 hods.\n\nRobert has developed a natural language understanding experient
 ial learning platform for teaching and practicing communication, critica
 l thinking, and emotional intelligence. The platform is currently used b

 nd the Careers Writers' Association. Chris is also a freelance careers w
