  In accordance with the Province of Ontarioâ€™s reopening plan, CACEE wi
 ll take direction from the Ministry of Public Health in accordance with 
 the latest provincial guidelines.Â \n\nAs of March 21, 2022, masks are n
 ot required at the BMO IFL. Though masks are NOT mandatory as of this da
 te, they will still be encouraged for both guests and employees and high
 ly recommended for those who are immunocompromised, at high risk, or who
  choose to still use them. Proof of vaccination is no longer required at
  the BMO IFL.Â \n\nPlease note this may be subject to change but complia
 nce with all government regulations at the time will be required and enf

 enue, topics or speakers, and to cancel the conference without prejudice
  or liability, other than, except where a force majeure (which will have
  the same meaning as in the applicable contracts with the third party su
 ppliers in connection with the conference) event applies, a refund of th
 e conference fees paid. If, because of a force majeure event(s), the CAC
 EE National Board of Directors determines that the conference needs to b
 e cancelled, CACEE may deductÂ fees (determined by reference to the amou
 nts which CACEE is required to pay to third parties under contracts ente
 red into in connection with the conference) to any and all refunds issue
 d. Copies of the contractual arrangements with third parties, including 
 the force majeure provisions of those contracts, can be made available t
