 -- Cancellations, Transfers, and Event Policies - --\n\nCACEE understand
 s that from time to time work and life commitments may emerge that will 
 result in your inability to attend the event. Should you need to make an
  adjustment to or cancel your registration, please e-mail the CACEE Nati
 onal Office at events@cacee.com We ask that you also please kindly not
 e the following policies:\n\n-- Transfer of Registration --\n\nCACEE is 
 able to transfer your registration to another professional from your org
 anization up until the time the registration opens on the day of the eve
 nt. \n\n-- Cancellations --\n\nCancellation requests received:\n\n* Up 
 to March 15th are eligible for a refund minus a $25 administration fe
 e\n\n* up to March 31st are eligible for a 50% refund\n\n* No refunds w
 ill be issued after March 31st\n\nIn lieu of refunds, you are able to t
 ransfer your registration at no cost to another professional from your 
 organization up until registration opens on the day of event in accorda
 nce with CACEE's transfer policy and procedures.\n\n-- Other Event Polic
 ies  --\n\n* If payment is not received  72-hours prior to the event, 
 CACEE reserves the right to cancel an attendee's/attendees' registration
 (s) without prejudice or liability.\n\n* CACEE reserves the right at any
  time to change the event venue, topics or speakers, and to cancel the 
 event without prejudice or liability, other than, except where a force 
 majeure (which will have the same meaning as in the applicable contracts
  with the third party suppliers in connection with the event) event appl
 ies, a refund of the registration fees paid. If, because of a force maj
 eure event(s), the CACEE National Board of Directors determines that the
  event needs to be cancelled, CACEE may deduct fees (determined by refe
 rence to the amounts which CACEE is required to pay to third parties und
 er contracts entered into in connection with the event) to any and all r
 efunds issued. Copies of the contractual arrangements with third parties
 , including the force majeure provisions of those contracts, can be made
  available to members on request.\n\n* CACEE follows the guidance of lo
 cal public health authorities and event venues in relation to health pro
 tocols and event policies.  This includes but is not limited to any pub
 lic health orders or venue requirements (e..g. masking, vaccination) in 
 place prior to or that take effect during the event.\n
