 to understand and excel in their role\n\n* Structures whichÂ help to max

 r Services Advisor\nYorkville University\n\nAkshay Arora has 3+ years of
  experience in the career development landscape within Canadian post-sec
 ondary education. He is a member of CERICâ€™s Content and Learning Commi
 ttee and has collaborated on inclusive programming within Student Ambass
 ador and Peer Mentor initiatives. Akshay is passionate about culturally 
 integrated, inclusive programming that creates safer, more equitable spa
 ces. He leads with a systems-level perspective and is driven to be a cha
 nge agent in the field.\n\nRajat Virdi (he/him)\nStudent Activities Coor
 dinator, Student Services\nYorkville UniversityÂ Â \n\nRajat Virdi curre
 ntly shoulders the position of Student Activities Coordinator at Yorkvil
 le University, BC Campus. He graduated from Simon Fraser University with
  a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Publishing (with Co-op Experie
 nce). With a strong background in outreach, events, and engagement, and 
 with an industry experience of 4+ years, he feels privileged to have wit
 nessed the profound impact that quality education and learning has on st
 udents' lives. Guided by this student-centric philosophy, he firmly beli
 eves that education extends beyond the confines of the classroom and is 
 driven by curiosity and a thirst for knowledge.\n\n-- Registration & Log

 â€”within career centres across Canada. This group serves as a space to 
 exchange best practices, discuss challenges, and collaborate on ways to
