 olicies - --\n\nCACEE understands that from time to time work and life c
 ommitments may emerge that will result in your inability to attend the e
 vent. Should you need to make an adjustment to or cancel your registrati
 on, please e-mail the CACEE National Office atÂ events@cacee.comÂ We ask
  that you also please kindly note the following policies:\n\n-- Transfer
  of Registration --\n\nCACEE is able to transfer your registration to an
 other professional from your organization up until the time the registra
 tion opens on the day of the event.Â \n\n-- Cancellations --\n\nCancella
 tion requests received:\n\n* Up to January 17thÂ are eligible for a refu
 nd minus a $25Â administration fee\n\n* Up to February 1st are eligible 
 for a 50% refund\n\n* No refundsÂ will be issuedÂ after February 1st\n\n
 In lieu of refunds, you are able to transfer your registration at no cos
 t to another professionalÂ from your organization up until registration 
 opensÂ on the day of event in accordance with CACEE's transfer policy an
 d procedures.\n\n-- Other Event PoliciesÂ  --\n\n* If payment is not rec
 eivedÂ  72-hours prior to the event, CACEE reserves the right to cancel 
 an attendee's/attendees' registration(s) without prejudice or liability.
 \n\n* CACEE reserves the right at any time to change the eventÂ venue, t
 opics or speakers, and to cancel the eventÂ without prejudice or liabili
 ty, other than, except where a force majeure (which will have the same m
 eaning as in the applicable contracts with the third party suppliers in 
 connection with the event) event applies, a refund of the registrationÂ 
 fees paid. If, because of a force majeure event(s), the CACEE National B
 oard of Directors determines that the event needs to be cancelled, CACEE
  may deductÂ fees (determined by reference to the amounts which CACEE is
  required to pay to third parties under contracts entered into in connec
 tion with the event) to any and all refunds issued. Copies of the contra
 ctual arrangements with third parties, including the force majeure provi
 sions of those contracts, can be made available to members on request.\n
 \n* CACEE followsÂ the guidance of local public health authorities and e
 vent venues in relation to health protocols and event policies.Â  This i
 ncludes but is not limited to any public health orders or venue requirem
 ents (e..g. masking, vaccination) in place prior to or that take effect 
 during the event.\n
