Should you need to make an adjustment to or cancel your registrati on, please e-mail the CACEE National Office at events@cacee.com We ask that you also please kindly note the following policies:\n\n-- Transfer of Registration --\n\nCACEE is able to transfer your registration to an other professional from your organization up until the time the registra tion opens on the day of the event. \n\n-- Cancellations --\n\nCancella tion requests received:\n\n* Up to January 17th are eligible for a refu nd minus a $25 administration fee\n\n* Up to February 1st are eligible for a 50% refund\n\n* No refunds will be issued after February 1st\n\n In lieu of refunds, you are able to transfer your registration at no cos t to another professional from your organization up until registration opens on the day of event in accordance with CACEE's transfer policy an d procedures.\n\n-- Other Event Policies  --\n\n* If payment is not rec eived  72-hours prior to the event, CACEE reserves the right to cancel an attendee's/attendees' registration(s) without prejudice or liability. \n\n* CACEE reserves the right at any time to change the event venue, t opics or speakers, and to cancel the event without prejudice or liabili ty, other than, except where a force majeure (which will have the same m eaning as in the applicable contracts with the third party suppliers in connection with the event) event applies, a refund of the registration  fees paid. If, because of a force majeure event(s), the CACEE National B oard of Directors determines that the event needs to be cancelled, CACEE may deduct fees (determined by reference to the amounts which CACEE is required to pay to third parties under contracts entered into in connec tion with the event) to any and all refunds issued.
