 EE members to join in this interactive conversation and touch point on:\

 \n\nWork Integrated Learning takes many forms across the CACEE community
 , from co op and internships to placements, job shadowing, capstone proj
 ects, simulations, case competitions, and hackathons. These experience a
 nd skill building opportunities are grounded in strong working alliances
  between post secondary institutions and industry partners.\n\nIn both c
 areer education and campus recruitment contexts, similar questions are e
 merging. How do we continue to expand experiential learning opportunitie
 s while ensuring they remain intentional, meaningful, and well supported
 ? How do we strengthen alignment between academic structures and recruit
 ment needs? Where are partnerships working well, and where is there oppo
 rtunity for change? How do we measure and articulate the impact of these
  experiences? How can we better support students in achieving career cla
 rity through WIL and in communicating the skills and expertise they have
  developed in ways that resonate with hiring managers?\n\nCACEE members 
 from across the country will come together to explore these questions an
 d more in this interactive conversation hosted by the Canada West Region
 al Advisory Board. It is a space to test assumptions, surface practical 
 ideas and promising practices, and strengthen relationships across the C
