Job Description / Duties

The Career Coach is an important part of the professional development team and is responsible for providing targeted support for our broader Lime Network members. The coach will focus on identifying high potential network members and preparing them for internships and full time roles, potentially with our partners. The Career Coach will identify professional development opportunities for Network members and our corporate partners. This individual will also help create impactful educational components aimed at helping network members meet their potential and supporting corporate partners in their efforts to raise awareness and support their employees with disabilities.

. Identifying high potential network members who could benefit from additional coaching and track and report progress and success of these candidates
. Coaching and advising network members on critical components of the career search including: career assessment, resume and cover letter development, interviewing prep, and disclosure and accommodations guidance
.Delivering impactful virtual and in-person training and development programs for Network members and Lime Connect partners
.Working with Lime Connect’s Director of Professional Development in developing learning strategies, training components, and additional responsibilities as needed
.Collaborating with Lime Connect’s Engagement Manager in Canada

Qualifications / Required Skills

.4 year undergraduate degree, master’s degree preferred
.Experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Career Services or related field
.Strong coaching and training experience
.Solid presentation skills
.Proven relationship development and management skills
.Experience in the diversity/disability space a plus
