You will:
Guide and assist internal hiring Managers on defining their needs
Develop cost effective, efficient and innovative solutions to meet our campus hiring needs
Develop proactive attraction and retention programs that create a strong competitive presence for NexJ Systems
Bring with you a full understanding of the competitiveness and value in campus recruiting

Experience:
You’ve done this before
You have a passion for doing it
You are very creative
You have a ton of energy and great relationships with the students and campus resources
You understand the IT world
You have completed an undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials
