You will be expected to work hard, develop and grow in order to manage a business through a three and a half year rigorous hands-on manage ment training program. Qualifications / Required Skills

To be eligible, you must be graduating from a university program or have graduated with the last 4 years.

Additional Information

This management trainee position teaches candidates with little-to-no industry experience every aspect of the business. Trainees typically spend their first year in a Profit Centre learning shipping and receiving, counter sales, and operations management. They will spend their next two and a half years at a different Profit Centre learning inside sales, outside sales and general management.

Through the program on-the-job experience is supplemented with coaching by experienced mentors, customer visits and a variety of training courses. Upon successful completion from the program the trainee will be promoted to Manager and assigned to a Profit Centre.
