Job Description / Duties

Our client, a leading investment management organization, urgently requires an Interim Manager, Campus Recruitment. The focus of this role will be to create a best in class campus recruitment program, and to raise awareness of the organization on campus, through networking, relationship building, and dynamic sourcing activity on campus. In addition to designing and building innovative recruitment strategies,
the Interim Manager will be responsible for the execution of full life-cycle campus recruiting, and will serve as the subject matter expert for educational institutions and the business. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, and will have the ability to guide a team and influence key internal stakeholders.

Qualifications / Required Skills

KEY DELIVERABLES:
 Develop and cultivate relationships with various educational institutions; maintain relationships with
students, faculty and staff. Continuously build and strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders.
 Collaborate across functions at target schools to ensure a robust and comprehensive approach on
campus.
 Manage ongoing relationship building with students to help achieve campus recruiting vision and provide
a market-leading candidate experience.
 Execute and participate in campus recruiting activities such as campus presentations, career fairs, office
and campus interviews, receptions and other events.
 Manage a seamless campus hire interview process including: screening resumes, selecting candidates
for interview, conducting interview launches and debrief sessions, managing offer approval process,
extending offers.
 Advanced understanding of the organization’s offerings as well as the investment industry, along with
the ability to adapt approaches to differentiate the organization in the marketplace.
 Provide mentoring and guidance to the talent acquisition team.

QUALIFICATIONS:
 Minimum of 5-10 years of related experience, preferably in the financial services, investment, or
professional services industries.
 Expert understanding of campus recruitment strategies is non-negotiable.
 Ability to influence others, build strong relationships and networks.
 Excellent teamwork and leadership skills are necessary.
