As we all know, the recruitment and talent acquisition landscape for students and new graduates is different than any year before. We had a rich discussion at the national level with the panel on September 2nd and the Ontario Regional Advisory Board felt timing was good to check in with our members to have a regional conversation about how we’re doing now that we’re in the throes of fall recruitment and share any insights we’ve gathered so far.
