Great points. I would also add: - Stop leading with Diversity & Inclusion. Based on the largest and longest student career preference survey in Canada by Universum, students that self identify as visible minorities or ethnically diverse don't identify your support for diversity and inclusion as a priority. In fact it doesn't even show up in their top 10 most important employer attributes. For those that are interested, I put a little video together for you on my Linked In profile showing the Top 10 most important career attributes these candidates are actually seeking.
