CACEE is pleased to welcome Brooke Campbell, Talent Acquisition Manager for Enterprise Holdings, to the National Board. Brooke has worked as an HR and recruitment professional for over 5 years and is passionate about hiring top talent. As a strategic business partner to senior management, Brooke is responsible for the hiring and recruitment process across all divisions of the company. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies degree from Western University and is an active member on CACEE's Ontario Regional Advisory Board.

How did you get into the Industry?

I was referred to Enterprise by a friend who thought that I would be a good fit for the company. I started out as a Management Trainee in 2011 and through hard work and top performance I was provided the opportunity to lead my own team as a Branch Manager before being promoted to the Human Resources department. I had always been involved in the recruitment process in some capacity, whether representing Enterprise at career fairs or interviewing candidates as a manager, so pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition was a natural career progression for me!

Tell us about a recent project or initiative you've been involved with. What was the most rewarding aspect of the project?

At Enterprise we believe that having a mentor and providing mentorship to other teammates is integral for an employee’s development and career progression. This year I had the opportunity to take part in a Formal Mentor Program across Southwestern Ontario that matched select employees with senior management.  The most rewarding part was seeing the relationships flourish and watching the career growth that stemmed from those interactions!

What do you value most about your CACEE membership?

The networking and relationship building with all of the educators and employers from different organizations! I have met so many amazing people in my time with CACEE and I look forward to building more connections for many years to come.  
When not at work, Brooke can be found spending time with family and friends, reading a good book, supporting her favourite small businesses while shopping local and travelling to new places (pre-COVID of course!).
