At the 2024 CACEE Annual General Meeting on June 14th, Frances Humphreys presented the 2023-24 CACEE President's Award to Erin Marsden of Marquest Recruiting!

In her remarks, Frances stated that:

"Erin is an expert relationship builder, pragmatic in her leadership, a recognized innovator and collaborator in our space, and a consummate champion for CACEE. She first joined the association in 2001 and quickly became involved as a volunteer who has served proudly at the regional and national levels ever since.

Over the last two decades, Erin:

• served on both the Canada West and Ontario Regional Advisory Board
• was instrumental in the revamp and launchs of the CACEE’s Early Career Recruiter Certificate Program
• been nominated to and served multiple terms on the CACEE National Board of Directors and was the association's 76th President in the 2022-23 programming year
• facilitated numerous workshops at regional and national events
• forged multiple partnerships and sponsorship agreements which have benefitted CACEE

In addition, she has  been a source of support and leadership to the whole of the CACEE National Board of Directors and our Executive Director, in her role as Past President this year".
