To all Canadian career educators & employers,

CACEE’s annual Campus Recruitment and Benchmark Survey has now been released to our community.
We invite all Canadian employers who hire students or graduates to complete the survey.

We would also very much appreciate the assistance of our campus career educators and their powerful network of employer contacts. We ask that you distribute our survey link to your employer network.

The survey is live as of Tuesday, June 26th and will remain open until Tuesday, July 31st. All respondents, as well as CACEE members, will automatically receive a copy of the report upon its completion.

The Report that will be generated is very useful to educators and to employers. It will contain data on hiring intentions, salaries, and benefits that will be of great interest to campus stakeholders as well as to the employers who are looking to compare their plans to their peers.

The Survey will compile information regarding the new graduate recruitment practices of employers throughout Canada, detailing full-time and co-op/internship hiring and the average salaries new graduates received. It will also offer estimates of the level of hiring and the anticipated change in starting salary levels for the 2012-13 recruiting season. Importantly, the survey will establish a number of benchmarks for recruiting practices, ranging from the branding activities of Canadian employers to developing an estimated cost per hire for filling the positions these new graduate recruits will take on.

The more employers who complete the survey, the more data we can collect, the more valid the research becomes and the more useful it will be to all of us.

Thank you.
