Some of our members have been asking questions about the dates for the 2013 CACEE National Conference in Edmonton. The conference sessions will run from Sunday June 9 to Tuesday June 11, with pre-conference social activities offered on Saturday June 8. This is a departure from previous practice, as many of you have noticed. The reason for the change relates to the availability of the conference site, and the desire to avoid conflict with other organizations with whom CACEE shares a portion of our membership, our friends in NACE and CACUSS. While we recognize that people liked our traditional format, we felt that this option would be less disruptive than going head-to-head with one of our colleague organizations. We regret any inconvenience the new format may cause our members, and we hope that we will still see our friends in June for another fun and fascinating CACEE conference.
