The AAGE is one of a number of country associations around the world that provide support to employers, universities and others involved in the graduate recruitment market.
Although these country associations are independent of each other, they do co-operate to share information and best practice for the benefit of all their respective membership groups. This collaboration takes place via a forum known as the International Network of Graduate Recruitment and Development Associations (INGRADA).
The members of INGRADA include the following associations:
Australia: The Australian Association of Graduate Employers (AAGE)
Canada: The Canadian Association of Career Educators and Employers (CACEE)
Hong Kong: The Hong Kong Association of Graduate Recruiters (HKAGR)
South Africa: The South African Graduate Recruiters Association (SAGRA)
UK: The Association of Graduate Recruiters (AGR)
USA: The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE)
These associations are similar to the AAGE and generally have their own annual conferences, surveys, members workshops and networking events.
The INGRADA Global Graduate Recruitment Survey
Each of the national associations mentioned above surveys its membership to collect data on the state of the graduate recruitment market in their respective country.
Each year INGRADA collects some of the key benchmarks from each country's individual survey and combines these into the annual INGRADA Global Graduate Recruitment Survey.
The attached PowerPoint document provides a global comparison of these key benchmarks and includes some background information on each of the country associations should you wish to contact them directly.
The individual country surveys are all different in nature so there are instances where a country may not measure a particular benchmark.
On some of the PowerPoint slides the "Notes" section contains further information on the data presented on that page, for example how the data is calculated.
