CACEE is Pleased to Announce the NEW Recruiter Mentorship Program

by CACEE Admin, posted on February 9, 2016

CACEE is excited to launch a unique & exciting professional development opportunity for employer members - the CACEE Recruiter Mentorship Program. This new program connects junior campus recruiters with experienced campus recruitment professionals in a mentor/mentee relationship. Junior recruiters will have the opportunity to ‘learn the ropes’ from one of Canada’s leading professionals, while experienced recruiters will develop their leadership skills by mentoring those who are new to the campus recruitment space.

Learn - Learn from peers in the campus recruitment space in a wide range of industries across Canada.
Connect - Make connections with CACEE members from a variety of organizations and disciplines.
Collaborate - Work together to identify challenges and identify resources to determine solutions.

CACEE's Recruiter Mentorship Program is structured to pair two campus recruitment professionals with varying degrees of experience. The Program will run from March through December 2016 to ensure the Mentor/Mentee relationship encompasses the better part of a campus recruitment cycle. Throughout this period of time, Mentors and Mentees will establish the structure and frequency of conversations to ensure it works for both parties.

To apply to participate in the 2016 Recruiter Mentorship Program, fill in the application on the Mentorship Program page.  All Mentor and Mentee applications are due by Friday, March 4.  All applicants will be contacted within a week of the deadline to confirm next steps.

Educators, if you know of Campus Recruiters who are new in their roles and could benefit from this program, please feel free to forward this email or share the link to our site.
