| I've found the conference is a great opportunity to interact with recruiters from other industries, who you can learn from, take their best practices and apply them to your own program. While I've spent the last four year hiring predominantly engineering students in a very competitive space, I've taken what I've learned from the Big 4 accounting firms and have been able to apply it to my own recruiting strategy.
