We're looking for some great people to join our International Student Support Program (ISSP) team at our Care Access Centre.

International Student Support Program: in the business of helping people
Morneau Shepell provides international students with accessible and culturally-appropriate support that complements on-campus resources. We support international students, in their native language and cultural context and help resolve mental and physical health concerns, culture shock, adaptation to life in the US, and much more.

What being a Client Care Representative is all about
Our 24/7 Care Access Centre is where it all happens. Our Client Care Representatives triage client requests received over the phone, email and instant messaging. Taking care of our clients’ means listening, determining needs and making service recommending based on those needs. You’ll work in a fast-paced, learning and supportive environment that will enable you to take care of clients and achieve your success metrics. Though not guaranteed, you will likely make some great friends along the way.

Qualifications / Required Skills

A Bachelor’s degree, community college diploma or equivalent post-secondary education, preferably in health sciences, social services or a client-focused field
Excellent customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication skills
Bilingualism (French and English) and fluency in Arabic, Mandarin, Cantonese or Korean is a strong asset
The flexibility to work shifts including days, evenings and/or weekends
Previous customer service experience in retail, social services, sales, call centres and/or office environments preferred
