Jenn Bouyoukos – EVP, Entertainment One 

Jenn Bouyoukos is a savvy professional with a career in leading and transforming HR teams at high-performing companies including SAP, Manulife, Kobo and RBC. She is currently EVP, HR at eOne and leads the HR integration office after recently being acquired by Hasbro. In these roles she’s partnered with business partners around the globe to deliver modern and high-impact talent strategies. Her expertise in strategy, talent management, M&A, organizational design, and total rewards has made her a strong contributor and advisor to leaders focused on effective people practices and processes. A certified Prosci Change Manager and HR tech pioneer, she is recognized as a global expert in her field by organizations such as LinkedIn, Socialmedia.org, and Forbes.com. Passionate about students and education, Jennifer is a past President of CACEE (Canadian Association of Career Educators and Employers), frequent guest lecturer at U of T, HR coach, and a mentor at Futurepreneur.

Jennifer McCleary - Director, Student Experience, DeGroote School of Business

Jennifer’s career has been defined by a focus on exceptional experiences. Today, she is the Director, Student Experience at McMaster University’s DeGroote School of Business, where she leads a diverse team delivering career, recruitment, advisement and academic services to thousands of future business leaders every day.

Jennifer is widely respected for her ability to lead and implement change in challenging and complex environments. She is passionate about professional development. And she insists on putting clients first. For these reasons and more, Jennifer is an in-demand workshop facilitator, speaker, and executive coach.

She joined the DeGroote team in 2005 with an MBA from Ivey and more than 16 years of experience in senior leadership roles at top organizations like Ontario Blue Cross, Liberty Health, Baxter Corporation and Gap Inc. Canada.

When not in a suit, Jennifer can be found either baking in the kitchen or flipping tires at her local boot camp gym.

John Stockwell – Chief People Officer, Dentsu Aegis Network 

With over twenty years of deeply specialized experience in the talent sector, John Stockwell is a proven results-oriented executive who brings a diverse range of experience in national, multinational and global companies. As a key member of the Canadian executive team at Dentsu Aegis Network, he leads all human resources initiatives including talent acquisition and planning, career pathing, performance development, diversity and inclusion and employee engagement. Prior to joining the network, John was Vice President Human Resources Americas at Open Text Corporation, a key leader in Enterprise Information Management (EIM). Previously, he held leadership positions at Morneau Shepell, the largest Canadian-based human resources firm, and mining multinational Vale.
