Jordan Cukier is a talent management professional specializing in campus recruitment and early talent program development. With experience delivering early talent programs at Metrolinx, AMD, and CPA Ontario, he excels at mitigating organizational talent risks through the design, implementation, and evaluation of effective early talent programs. Jordan holds a master’s degree in higher education from the University of Toronto, specializing in education in the professions, and is a member of CACEE’s Ontario Regional Advisory Board.
Tammy Kim-Newman | Associate Director - Employer & Alumni Engagement
York University
Tammy Kim-Newman is an experienced advocate for early talent development and work-integrated learning (WIL), with over 16 years in higher education. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Employer and Alumni Engagement at York University, Tammy leads strategic partnerships to expand career and co-op opportunities. Her expertise spans workforce development, inclusive recruitment, and experiential learning, fostering meaningful collaborations that empower students and alumni to thrive in today’s evolving job market.
Tracy Lutz | Manager - Campus & Early Talent Recruitment (Commercial Banking & Wealth Management)

With over 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Tracy Lutz specializes in developing and executing strategies to attract top talent for Commercial Banking and Wealth Management at BMO. She brings expertise in early talent recruitment and is committed to fostering diverse and dynamic teams. Tracy is a graduate of Huron University College and Seneca College. Outside of work, she is an avid tennis player, always eager for a match.
Jeff Watson | Manager - Campus Recruitment & Partnerships
WSIB
Jeff Watson is the newly minted Manager of Campus Recruitment & Partnerships. In this role, he connects WSIB with emerging and early talent. Prior to WSIB, Jeff served as the Manager, Employer Relations at Western University where he helped organizations succeed by connecting them to talent through a suite of recruiting services and internship programs. Jeff has also served as a Manager for Famous Players Theatres and Blockbuster Video. In terms of education, Jeff earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and a Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management. In 2019, Jeff graduated with a Masters of Leadership Degree from the University of Guelph. A fun fact about Jeff is that he launched his career in a co-op experience at Walt Disney World where he served as a Cultural Representative for Canada at the Epcot Centre. During that co-op, Jeff was enrolled at the Disney Institute, studying guest service, marketing and leadership and he went on to graduate with a Mouster’s Degree.
