Accommodations

The Marriott Harbourfront Hotel has been appointed the official hotel for the 2019 National Conference. Room rates range between $249 and $289 and are based on availability from May 26th – 28th, 2019. To make a reservation, please click here.

PLEASE NOTE:

Full Conference delegate registration fees include all sessions, meals and events except the Monday evening Dine Around Town.

One-day registration fees include daytime sessions only:

For Sunday, if you (or a guest) wish to attend the President's Dinner, please purchase a ticket separately.
For Tuesday, if you (or a guest) wish to attend the Dinner and Social, please purchase a ticket separately.

Cancellation, Refunds, Transfers

CACEE reserves the right at any time to change the conference venue, topics or speakers, and to cancel the conference without liability, other than, except where a force majeure (which will have the same meaning as in the applicable contract with the third party supplier in question) event applies, a refund of the conference fees paid.

If, because of force majeure event, the CACEE Steering Committee determines that the conference needs to be cancelled, CACEE may apply a deduction from the refund of contribution fees determined by reference to the amounts which CACEE is required to pay to third parties under contracts entered into in connection with the conference. Copies of the contractual arrangements with third parties, including the force majeure provisions of those contracts, can be made available to members on request.

Requests for cancellations or refunds must be sent by email to conference@cacee.com

Notice received by April 1, 2018 – Registrants will receive a full refund less a $75 administrative fee.
Notice received from April 2, 2918 – May 1, 2018 - Registrants will a receive 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations received after May 1, 2018. Substitute delegates are permitted.
