The CACEE Career Peer Coordinators Community of Practice (CoP) invites you to attend their upcoming virtual roundtable session:
Maximizing the Impact of CPEs/CPAs
November 5th, 2025 | 1 - 2 pm Eastern | via Zoom
How can career peer educators/advisors be fully integrated into career services to provide meaningful support to students? This session will explore strategies for structuring peer roles, involving them in events and service delivery, expanding outreach, and assessing their contributions. Join us to share and discover approaches that help maximize the value and visibility of CPEs/CPAs within your program.
You're invited to submit questions in advance or simply bring your experiences, resources, challenges, and best practices to what promises to be highly engaging and informative dialogue! It is FREE to participate.

The Career Peer Coordinators Community of Practice (CoP) brings together career leaders, educators, and coordinators who support peer educators—whether paid or volunteer—within career centres across Canada. This group serves as a space to exchange best practices, discuss challenges, and collaborate on ways to enhance career peer programs.

and is administered as a value add to professionals supporting the journey from post-secondary studies to career success by the Canadian Association of Career Educators and Employers (CACEE). The CoP offers participants a CoP E-mail Forum to stay connected throughout the year, a minimum of 3 virtual sessions per year and the opportunity to connect at the CACEE National Conference or PD Events. There is no cost to participate.
