Call for 2024-25 Regional Advisory Board Members

Are you wanting invest in your own development and talent equity?  Seeking opportunities to give back and contribute to the future of CACEE?  Looking to build connections with colleagues?  If you answered yes to any of these, consider serving on a CACEE Regional Advisory Board!  

Regional Advisory Board Members:

• attend and actively participate in regular meetings (at least 4 per year)
• have 3-5 hours per month to contribute to CACEE
• contribute to the creation of content and delivery of programming hosted in their region
• can serve as a regional liaison and contributor to CACEE committees/working groups aligned to their skills, talents, and expertise
• advise on key issues and provide input to support the work of the CACEE National Board of Directors
• host events and participate in initiatives which foster member engagement
• play a role in volunteer recognition and the annual CACEE Awards series
• commit to a one (1) year term of office and to being a CACEE member in good standing throughout their term

Each of CACEE's four Regional Advisory Boards - Canada West, Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic - are looking for new members to support their important work and role within the CACEE community. 

Employer and Affiliate Members are particularly encouraged to express interest in serving on a Regional Advisory Board.  In addition, Canada West is particularly seeking representation from Manitoba and Saskatchewan as a part of this Call for Volunteers.

What is the Process to Apply?

The first step is to complete this application form.  The Call closes at 3:00 pm Eastern on February 29th, 2024.

If there are any questions about your application or if additional information is required, a member of the Elections Committee will reach out.

In Early March, each Regional Advisory Board (Co-)Chair will review the applications for their advisory board based on their current needs and connect with applicants to coordinate next steps in the process. 

A full slate of 2024-25 Regional Advisory Board Members will be presented to the membership later in March.
