The conference planning committee will review all proposals and communicate the next steps no later than October 31st, 2023. Successful presenters are invited and strongly encouraged to register for the full conference at the specially discounted rate.

Step 3 - Preparation

Prepare your final poster presentation, ensuring it is ready for display by November 26th, 2023. If you plan to ship materials in advance, kindly ensure their arrival at the conference venue by December 1st, 2023.

Step 4 - Shine Bright

On Tuesday, December 5th, 2023, you will showcase your work to over 100+ delegates from across Canada. You will also be able to extend the reach of your session via the conference app and engagement with fellow professionals at the conference.
