What better way to cultivate the early talent pipeline than fostering connections between career educators and employers? This fun-take on speed networking will provide a forum for employers to build their brand awareness amongst career influencers and for career educators to pitch how their students and new grads can help meet employers’ talent needs.
The event is also a great opportunity to share innovative programs (e.g., experiential learning, diversity focused initiatives, new graduate rotational programs, and more) with each other and identify ways to collaborate.
This session is proudly sponsored by the 2023 TalentLink Reception Partner, The Direct Sellers Association of Canada.
Excited and want to get a jump on things before the official start of the conference program for the day? Why not fuel your morning by joining one of the Hot Topic Table discussions – where ideas sizzle, perspectives blaze and innovation sparks! Join a few of your colleagues in exchanging insights on the hottest trends, issues, and topics in our space.
If a table is full, feel free to grab another and expand the conversation. Or should one of the conference sessions spark a conversation you’d like to continue or you have another burning question you would like to explore, invite a few colleagues to join you.
While these conversations are entirely optional (we get it if you just want to start your day with a hot cup of coffee…) sometimes it’s the unstructured conversations that ignite amazing ideas!
